USB Serial Hub for Milk Analyzer, Weighing Balance and Extra Display

USB Serial Hub has 3 Serial ports and a USB port. USB port can be connected directly to computer. Computer detects 3 Serial port hardwares which can be configured in milk collection software. Three ports are provided to connect a Milk Analyzer, a weighing balance and an Extra Display for Milk Collection Software. This unit is an external device which enables easy installation. No additional power supply is required since, this is USB powered.

This unit can be used as a stand-alone device without computer. This required additional programming for Milk Analyzer, weighing balance and Extra Display. No programming is needed for Extra Display for Milk Collection Software purchased from us.

USB Serial Converter for Ekomilk, Lactoscan, Indiz, Ksheera

This is a small USB to Serial converter which converts serial data of any milk analyzer compatible to Milk Collection Software installed in your computer. On-site configuration can be done in order to select the analyzer installed in your premises. The collection software must have automatic mode and must have at least one milk analyzer connectivity. This is an external device which requires one USB port to operate. No additional power supply is required.

This unit can be used with any Milk Analyzers like Ekomilk, Lactoscan, Indiz, Ksheera etc. which can display FAT, SNF, CLR and AW(Added Water). This display uses 1 inch 7 Segment Digits for better visibility. One serial port is available for connectivity with Milk Analyzer. We use high brightness displays for good readout in various lighting conditions. External power adapter is provided for better serviceability

This unit can be used with any Milk Collection Softwares which has display connectivity. Display can show FAT, SNF, CLR/AW (Added Water), Rate, Quantity, Member Number and Amount. This display uses 1 inch 7 Segment Digits for better visibility. One serial port is available for connectivity with Computer. USB Thermal Receipt Printer for Milk Collection Software

This is a 2 inch thermal printer for printing receipts in a milk collection software. Connectivity of this printer is provided through USB port. Computer detects this printer as a system wide printer. Any software supporting receipt printing works with this printer. Thermal printers are widely used because of less failures and low printing cost. Failure rate is very less because it has only one motor and extremely low moving parts. Printing does not need ink, only thermal paper is required to print, which is very cheap. We provide device drivers for both Windows and Linux operating systems which makes installation very easy.
