Egg Hatching Incubator Control

This incubator control is useful for making egg incubation units. This controller has a temperature sensor which is used to sense temperature inside incubator cabinet where the eggs are placed. Once the temperature inside exceeds the set temperature, Egg Hatching Incubator Heating Coil will be turned OFF and when temperature goes below preset level heater is turned ON. Eggs can be kept in a fixed tray (which requires manual turning of eggs) or a motorized Egg hatching Incubator Tray. The motor turning is also controlled by this unit. After the motor turning time expires motor will turn to ensure the movement of eggs.

Egg Hatching Incubator Tray

The Egg Hatching Incubator Tray can accommodate 48 chicken eggs. It has a motor for turning the eggs clockwise and anti-clockwise. This tray is made of plastic. The motor works in AC230V which does not require any additional power supply. Motor is a low RPM one to ensure that eggs are not broken when turning. You can directly connect it to AC Mains supply. This tray is compatible with our Incubator Control unit.

Egg Hatching Incubator Heating Coil

The Egg Hatching Incubator Heating Coil is required to heat up the incubator unit to desired temperature. This heating coil consumes 100W and works in 230V AC. This heating coil can be kept inside the incubation unit with a blower fan to spread heat all around the incubator unit. This heating coil does not accumulate very high temperature which will damage the eggs.
