Curd Incubation Control Unit
This Curd Incubator Unit is useful for making curd incubation units. This controller has a temperature sensor which is used to sense temperature inside curd incubation room where the milk is placed. This unit maintains a temperature of 43℃ to ensure that the curd formation is performed at a fast rate. It takes about 2 hours for a batch production. This unit requires separate Curd Incubation Heater Unit, which can be purchased from us. Purchase multiple number of heater units depending upon curd incubation room size.

Curd Incubation Heater Unit
This Curd Heater Incubator Unit is required to work along with Curd Incubation Control Unit. This unit is useful for making curd incubation units. Three 500W heaters are provided to provide adequate heat for the process of making curd. Heat is spread with blowers which is also provided along with this unit. One unit is good enough to heat up 128 cubic feet of air. Good results can be achieved by heat puffing the incubation room. Purchase multiple units according to room size.

Milk Temperature Monitor Control
This unit monitors and controls temperature in Dairy industry. For a process like milk chilling temperature of milk has to be maintained at 4℃ to stop growth of bacteria converting the lactose into lactic acid, which causes souring. Chilling machines are available from lot of vendors. This unit is an add-on for chilling machine which monitors temperature 24x7 and creates logs with time stamp which is made available online or on local area network computer. This log can be monitored in mobile phones also. In addition to that if any variation in temperature occurs, alerts function is activated which sends alerts to mobile device and computers connected to network. By analyzing logs you can assess the quality of milk and its products preventing money loss and goodwill.

Milk Tank Level Monitor Control
Milk Tank Level Monitor and Control system can be used to monitor level of the tank in volume. This can help to keep track of the quantity of milk stored in any tank ranging from small tank to very large tanks. This system gives alert for low level, which can be set by the user and can activate a pump to fill the tank to maintain a particular level always. Also in the case of packing, the system can be used to deactivate or turn off any packing equipment to make sure that packets does not fill will lesser quantity. This system can used with a display showing the real time level inside the packing area or can be monitored remotely from a control room.

Milk Conveyor Belt Tray Counting System
This system can be used in milk packing plants with conveyor belt. The system counts the number of trays passing through the conveyor belt at a given point. Empty trays can be detected with help of LASER sensor. Tray count can be reset to start a new session manually or can be done automatically. Time shifts can be programmed to the system to reset count automatically. The system can be monitored over local network or can be made available in the Internet (requires Internet connection) for remote monitoring. Logging is also done so that count can be checked date wise or session wise. No extra wiring is required since this operates over WiFi.
